A blend of Mencía, Sousón and Grenache, this Spanish red wine is sourced from scenic vineyards planted on impossibly steep slopes along the banks of the Sil river.
Before fermenting in stainless steel tanks, the grapes were destemmed and cold-macerated. After that, the red wine Algueira Patrimonio 2018 was transferred into French oak barrels and aged for a period of 10 months.
Once bottled, this red wine from Ribeira Sacra was stored in the cellar for several years before hitting the market.
