The red wine Altos de Inurrieta is made by Bodegas Inurrieta in DO Navarra.
It is made from a quite original blend of 75% Graciano and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines are planted on mild slopes with shallow, rocky soils at an altitude around 450 meters above sea level. The terroir imparts this red wine from Navarra an intense, distinctive personality.
Traditionally vinified in stainless steel tanks, this Spanish red wine was then blended and aged for 14 months in French oak barrels from Allier. Finally, the wine Altos de Inurrieta 2018 was aged for a further 24 months in the bottle.
We suggest that you aerate this Reserva red wine 30 minutes before drinking.

| Nose | Nice aromatic complexity, with succulent red and black fruit on the foreground. Once it breathes, this blend of Graciano and Cabernet Sauvignon suggests some spicy notes, remembrances of tobacco and leather and a dim mineral echo. |
| Palate | Elegant and substantial, this wine from Bodegas Inurrieta shows excellent balance and definition. Ripe tannins, fresh acidity and long finish with some toasted and mineral remembrances. |
