This expressive Spanish red wine from Montsant is produced by Bodega Cingles Blaus.
Made principally from Grenache, the wine Cingles Blaus Selecció benefits from a touch of some deeply mineral, old-vines Carignan.
The grapes were picked by hand, meticulously selected, carefully destemmed and gently crushed. Then they were macerated for 12-24 hours and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the wine Cingles Blaus Selecció 2021 was transferred into new French oak barrels and aged for about 12-16 months.
Decant this Crianza red wine 1 hour before drinking.

| Palate | Big and meaty, but not overripe or jellylike. Bodega Cingles Blaus has crafted a wine with an excellent acidity, some yummy tannins and a solid structure. Ripe red fruit, notes of toast and Eastern spices, remembrances of After Eight mints and some mineral undertones. This red wine from Montsant has a long, complex finish. |
