The young Scotch Whisky Deanston Virgin Oak Single Malt is a very interesting product.
Meticulously crafted following the exacting standards of the Deanston distillery, this exquisite Single Malt Whisky was aged in Kentucky oak barrels, a fact which brings this Scotch Whisky a particularly smooth and honeyed palate.
It is worth noting that the Deaston distillery is certified by the Organic Food Association. Entirely powered by green energy, the distillery was one of the first in Scotland to produce an organic whisky.
Bottled unfiltered, Deanston Virgin Oak Single Malt carries aromas of lemon peel, barley sugar, candied apples and nutmeg. The palate suggests notes of toffee and honey, with a hint of new oak and notes of exotic spices and citrus.
