A varietal Tinta de Toro, the wine Dominio del Bendito El Primer Paso is sourced from vines 15 to 45 years of age grown in sandy soils near the village of Toro, Zamora, DO Toro.
Picked by hand and selected on site, this organic wine from bodega Dominio del Bendito, the personal project of Frenchman Antony Terryn, was fermented under controlled temperature in epoxy-lined concrete tanks. Colour and tannin extraction was gentle, in order to obtain a vibrant, lively Spanish red wine.
After that, the red wine Dominio del Bendito El Primer Paso 2025 was aged for 6-8 months in French and American oak barrels.
