The Herradura distillery, one of the most prestigious Tequila producers from Mexico, presents the silver tequila El Jimador Blanco.
This unaged Tequila is made from the best blue agave plants grown in the Jalisco highlands. The agave piñas were hand-picked, crushed and meticulously fermented before going through a double-distillation process in copper stills. This silver Tequila went straight into the bottle after completing the process.
Transparent and bright, the nose of the tequila El Jimador Blanco carries white flowers and citrus, with amazingly pure remembrances of blue agave and an earthy note. The palate is fresh, citrusy and crunchy, with a smooth texture and a long finish with a herbal note.
