The exquisite Cava Elena de Mestres Gran Reserva Rosé is produced by Mestres, one of the oldest Spanish sparkling wine producers from Penedès, with a tradition going back to 1312.
A totally indigenous blend of Trepat, Grenache and Monastrell, this Gran reserva rosé Cava is produced from over 20-year-old vines.
The grapes were meticulously harvested and selected; after completing alcoholic fermentation, the base wine of this Cava was aged for 4 months in oak barrels.
After that, this Brut Nature Gran Reserva rosé Cava completed secondary fermentation in the bottle, after which this rosé sparkling wine was aged for 42 months.
Finally, the Cava Elena de Mestres Gran Reserva Rosé 2021 was disgorged and recorked on the date printed on the back label.
