Bodega Hammeken Cellars, founded by three lovers of Spanish wine coming from different parts of the world, presents the wine Gotas de Mar Godello.
This Galician white wine is a varietal Godello. This wine is sourced from 15 to 25-year-old vineyards situated on the banks of the Miño river, 70 to 400 metres above sea level, a transition zone between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean climate near the village of Prado (Ourense), DO Ribeiro.
After a manual harvest, this Spanish white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 16-20 days. After that, the white wine Gotas de Mar Godello 2025 was aged for 5 months on its lees.
We suggest pairing this Ribeiro white wine with shrimp, light dishes and creamy cheese.
