The wine Graham’s 10 Years Old Tawny Port is made by the Graham’s company, owned by the famed Symington family.
A blend of the local varieties Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Alicante Bouschet and Tinta Amarela, this Tawny Port was carefully vinified and then kept for 10 years in wooden casks built at Graham’s own cooperage.
Tawny-coloured with some amberish reflections, this 10 Years Old Port combines the fruit-forward character of a young Port with the distinguished character that comes with age. Aromas of candied nuts, manuka honey and dried figs, with a lively note of berry red fruit. On the palate, the wine Graham’s 10 Years Old Tawny Port is savoury, well-rounded and velvety, ending with a note of spices, kirsch liqueur and cocoa.
