The exquisite Grappa Berta Elisi is produced by Distillerie Berta. Located in Asti, Piedmont, it is one of Italy's top Grappa distilleries.
This liquor was produced from semi-fermented Barbera and Cabernet Sauvignon grape pomaces coming from different regions of Italy. Crafted following the discontinuous distillation system in copper stills, it was aged in French oak barrels from Allier for over 12 months.
Amber coloured, Grappa Berta Elisi suggests aromas of cocoa and cherries. Round and pleasant, this Grappa Invecchiata (aged Grappa) has a spicy and smokey aftertaste.
Sip after dinner or pair with bitter chocolate.
