Details
Together with its red wine and rosé wine counterparts, L’Efecte Volador Blanc, produced by Josep Grau Viticultor, makes for an attractive trilogy of wines.
A varietal White Grenache, this young Spanish white wine comes from young vineyards with clayey soils located near the town of Marçà, DO Montsant, and farmed following the guidelines of organic agriculture.
The grapes were crushed with a pneumatic press and fermented in concrete diposits (70%) and stainless steel tanks (30%).
Then L’Efecte Volador Blanc 2022 was aged for 5 months in the same fermentation containers.
This elegant and suggestive white wine from Montsant has a very limited production.
