Volador Negre 2024
The new vintage of the wine Volador Negre from bodega Josep Grau Viticultor is, as usual, made from Grenache, Carignan and 10% Syrah.
This blended Spanish red wine is sourced from vineyards 10 to 20 years old farmed following the guidelines of organic agriculture. They are located in the Serra d'Almos, in the heart of DO Montsant.
Once in the cellar, the grapes were destemmed and fermented in concrete diposits (70%) and stainless steel tanks (30%). After that, it was aged for 5 months.
Finally, the wine Volador Negre 2024 was bottled and aged for some months before hitting the market.
Fresh and uncomplicated, this red wine from Montsant will nicely match cold meats, semi hard cheeses and tapas.
