Made from 20-year-old Albariño vines, the wine Nora Albariño is a varietal Spanish white wine from Bodega Viña Nora.
The vineyards are scattered across three subzones of DO Rías Baixas: Condado de Tea, Salnés and Valle de Ula. The soils are composed mainly of granitic rock.
Handpicked and meticulously selected, the grapes were cold-soaked for 6 hours to maximize the extraction of aromatic compounds. Then a 10% of this white wine from Rías Baixas was fermented in oak, and the rest in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the white wine Nora Albariño 2024 was aged for 4 months on its lees.
This is a promising young white wine that will grow in the bottle.
