Coming from DO Rías Baixas, the wine Pazo de Señorans is produced by bodega Pazo de Señorans from estate-grown grapes.
This varietal Spanish white wine is sourced from vineyards located in the Salnés valley, an area in the province of Pontevedra considered the ideal place for cultivating the Albariño variety.
Harvested by hand, the grapes were first cold-soaked and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18ºC.
After that, this white wine from Rías Baixas was aged on its lees for about 5 months. Finally, the wine Pazo Señorans 2024 was clarified before being bottled.
Pair this white wine aged on lees with fish and shrimp dishes.
