The red wine Sincronia Negre comes from the beautiful island of Mallorca.
Made from an interesting blend of the indigenous grapes Callet, Manto Negro and the recently recovered Gorgollassa, the composition of this Spanish red wine also includes Monastrell and the international varieties, namely Merlot, Syrah, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Produced by the Mesquida Mora winery, which also makes Sincronia Blanc and Sincronia Rosat, the vineyards are farmed following the guidelines of biodynamic farming.
Once in the cellar, the grapes were separately fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, the wine Sincronia Negre 2023 was blended and aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
The production of this organic red wine from Mallorca is around 10,000 bottles.

| Palate | Savoury notes of underbrush and Mediterranean garrigue, enlivened by suggestions of red fruit, flowers and balsam. This red wine from Mallorca produced by bodega Mesquida Mora has a very good acidity, polished tannins and a medium-long, elegant finish. |
