Produced by Mesquira Mora, one Mallorca's most environmentally friendly wineries, Trispol is made from a blend of Callet, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, coming from 30 to 60+ year old vines.
Crafted from certified organic vineyards farmed following biodynamic principles, this Spanish red wine is produced in Porreres, an enchanting Majorcan town located within the boundaries of DO Pla i Llevant.
Manually harvested and separately vinified, the grapes were first cold-soaked and fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, Trispol 2020 was aged for 12 months in 5,000-litre wooden vats and 225-litre French oak barrels.
Finally, this Crianza red wine was aged for a further 12 months before its commercial release.
Aerate this organic red wine 30 minutes before drinking.

| Nose | Complex and inviting, this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Callet suggests some pristine aromas of dried red cherries and strawberries, with hints of flowers, bell pepper and remembrances of toast and smoke. |
| Palate | Subtle and understated, this wine of the Mesquida Mora is well-balanced and graceful. Harmonious combination of ripe fruit and spices, some remembrances of aromatic herbs, and some balsamic, floral and earthy notions. Good acidity, mild tannins and a long, savoury finish. |
| Our personal opinion | Once again, Trispol 2020 proves that the wines produced in the beautiful island of Majorca have definitely come of age. |
