The wine Terra Remota Caminante is produced in Serra de l'Albera, near the Catalan-French border.
Made from a blend of White Grenache, Chenin and Chardonnay, the grapes were hand-harvested over several weeks and kept refrigerated until the harvesting process was completed.
After that, they were gently pressed with a pneumatic press and separately fermented in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels.
Then this organic white wine produced by the Terra Remota winery, the personal project of Marc & Emma Bournezeau, was aged on lees for 8 months in the forementioned containers.
Finally, the wine Terra Remota Caminante 2023 from DO Catalunya was clarified and filtered before being bottled.
12,500 bottles produced.

| Palate | Fresh passage through the palate with a very seductive character. The wine Caminante of Bodega Terra Remota has a superb acidity, a silky texture and a long mineral finish, with suggestions of aromatic herbs, fennel and fruit compote. |
