Coming from DO Montsant, Terròs is the most interesting Spanish red wine of bodega La Cova dels Vins.
A blend of Grenache, Samsó (Carignan) and Syrah, the grapes are sorted from 15 to 60-year-old vineyards planted at 500 metres above sea level, in clay, limestone and slate soils.
The three varieties were separately harvested, macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Then Terròs 2020 was blended and aged for 14 months in 300-litre French oak barrels.
Aerate this red wine from Montsant 40 minutes before drinking.
