Viñas del Vero Gewürztraminer 2025
The varietal white wine Viñas del Vero Gewürztraminer is made from a Central European variety that has adapted quite well to the dry area of DO Somontano, Aragón.
Produced by Viñas del Vero, this Spanish white wine comes from a single vineyard, Pago El Enebro, planted around 30 years ago at an altitude of 400 metres above sea level.
Harvested by hand, the Gewürztraminer grapes were first cooled and then cold-macerated for 7 hours. After that, only the free-run juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks. The process was cold-stopped to preserve the natural amount of sugar contained in the grapes.
Finally, the wine Viñas del Vero Gewürztraminer 2025 was aged for a minimum of 3 months in the bottle before its release.
