Details
An increasingly respecte Cava producer, the Alta Alella winery presents the sparkling wine AA Mirgin Laietà Gran Reserva Brut Nature, an elegant and attractively packaged organic and vegan Cava.
A blend of Pansa Blanca (Xarel·lo), Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the grapes used to produced this Spanish sparkling wine are sourced from vineyards planted in sauló (granitic sand) slopes and terrances near the towns of Alella and Tiana, at altitudes between 100 and 220 metres, and at a distance of only 2 km. from the Mediterranean sea.
After a meticulous harvest, each variety was separately vinified under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the Cava AA Mirgin Laietà Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2021 was aged for 44 months.
Finally, this Cava from Alella was released onto the market immediately after being disgorged.
This blended Gran Reserva Brut Nature Cava is an excellent choice for a family celebration.
