The 2025 vintage of the wine Bàrbara Fores Blanc is, as usual, made solely from White Grenache, the staple grape variety of DO Terra Alta, Catalonia's southernmost wine region.
It is sourced from non-irrigated, organically certified vineyards located near Gandesa, the capital city of the region.
This varietal Spanish white wine from Terra Alta by Celler Bàrbara Forés was vinified in a traditional manner.
Before fermentation, it was cold-soaked for 24 hours. After that, the wine Bàrbara Forés Blanc 2025 was fermented in stainless steel tanks for about 15 days.
In order to preserve its varietal character, this organic white wine was not aged in oak.
