This is the new vintage of the wine Bàrbara Forés Rosat, an unoaked, lively Spanish rosé wine produced by Celler Bàrbara Forés in DO Terra Alta.
A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, this young rosé wine is made from vineyards located in Gandesa (Tarragona).
Meticulously harvested, each grape variety was separately vinified in stainless steel tanks.
After undergoing a prefermentative cold maceration for 24 hours, this organic rosé wine was fermented for 20 days under controlled temperature.
Finally, the wine Bàrbara Forés Rosat 2024 was blended and bottled.
Pair this young rosé wine from Terra Alta with pasta, rice dishes and roasted vegetables.
