Near the town of Jerez de La Frontera, in the Pago de Balbaína vineyard, Bodegas Huerta de Albalá cultivates the vines from which the wine Barbazul Blanco is produced.
A varietal Chardonnay, the grapes were harvested by hand, destemmed, and then cold-soaked to extract colour and aromas.
After that, this uncommon Spanish white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 20 days. Then the wine Barbazul Blanco 2024 was aged for some time on its lees.
This young white wine produced under the Vino de la Tierra de Cádiz geographical indication is cheerful and easy to drink.
