Produced by Bodega Otto Bestué, the wine Bestué Finca Rableros is a single vineyard Spanish red wine.
It is made from a blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from vines grown at 350 metres above sea level.
After the harvest, the grapes were destemmed, cold soaked for 6 days and slowly fermented under controlled temperature. Then the wine Bestué Finca Rableros 2022 was aged for 12 months in used American oak barrels.
Finally, this this Crianza red wine from Somontano was filtered, stabilized and clarified.
