Details
The wine Borsao Tres Picos is a varietal Grenache which is widely recognised as one of Spain's absolute top values.
Produced by Bodegas Borsao from vineyards between 35 and 60 years of age, this Spanish red wine comes DO Campo de Borja, in the northwestern area of the province of Zaragoza, Aragón.
Planted in rocky soils, the grapevines grow at an altitude of 600-700 metres above sea level, subject to a tough Continental climate.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control, this red wine from Campo de Borja was macerated with the skins for several weeks.
Before its bottling, the red wine Borsao Tres Picos 2021 was aged for 5 months in new French oak barrels.
Pair with cured cheeses and stew recipes.
