Details
The entry-level Spanish red wine of Bodega Hnos. Pérez Pascuas, Cepa Gavilán Crianza is made from young, 15 to 20-year-old Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) vines grown in clay-limestone soils.
The vineyard is located at an altitude of 800 metres above sea level, near the town of Pedrosa de Duero, in the heart of Ribera del Duero.
Traditionally vinified, the alcoholic fermentation of this Crianza red wine took place in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the wine was aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Bottled in December 2021, Cepa Gavilán Crianza 2020 was aged for another 12 months in the bottle before its release.
Drink this red wine from Ribera del Duero with roasted vegetables, meat dishes, cold cuts and cheese.
Average production is 220,000 bottles a year.

good winery
From a top Ribera del Duero winery, this is a great all-rounder if you don't want to spend a lot of money. Immediate and easy-to-drink. Great quality.
