Produced by Cérvoles Celler, the wine Cérvoles Colors de les Garrigues, hitherto known as Cérvoles Colors, comes from the northern Catalan region of Costers del Segre, province of Lleida.
The 2023 vintage of this Spanish red wine is made from Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, sourced from estate vineyards with clayey soils located in Serra de la Llena, a mountainous area at 750 metres of altitude which separates the Priorat and Montsant regions.
Harvested manually and separately vinified, this organic red wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
Finally, the wine Cérvoles Colors de les Garrigues 2023 was aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
This blended red wine from Costers del Segre is cheerful and savoury.
