A varietal Verdejo, this white wine from Rueda is made from vineyards situated in the province of Segovia.
Grapes were harvested by hand at their optimal ripening point, cold-soaked to foster the varietal expression of the grape and fermented at a controlled temperature. Finally, the wine Circe Verdejo 2025 was aged on lees to acquire a velvety texture.
