Bodega Finca La Font de Jui, a young project based in Penedés, is the producer of the sparkling wine Coll de Dama Brut Nature Reserva, an attractive Rosé Pét-Nat produced with minimal intervention techniques.
This varietal Spanish rosé sparkling wine is produced from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from a single estate, Finca Font de Jui. The certified organic vineyard has an extension of 11.5 hectares with limestone and clay-loam soils.
The hand-harvested grapes began alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, after which this organic rosé Pét-Nat from DO Clàssic Penedès completed the process inside the bottle, as prescribes the ancestral method.
Finally, the sparkling wine Coll de Dama Brut Nature Reserva 2019 was aged for 22+ months on lees. It was bottled with no added sulfites.
