The wine Coratge de Cal Pagès Blanc is the only white wine made by bodega L’Antic Magatzem, the personal project of young winemaker Adrià Domènech, a native from Porrera.
Made solely from White Grenache, this Spanish white wine from DOQ Priorat is sourced from 5 to 25- year-old vines planted in Les Sentius and El Bosc, two vineyards with llicorella (slate) soils.
This varietal white wine from Priorat was vinified in stainless steel tanks, with a 6-day skin maceration. After that, the white wine Coratge de Cal Pagès Blanc 2024 was aged for 4 months in used French oak barrels. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered
