Cristiari Rosat 2025
This is the new vintage of a Spanish rosé wine crafted by the Vall de Baldomar winery, in the DO Costers del Segre.
The wine Cristiari Rosat is made from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon coming from vines planted at an altitude over 500 metres above sea level.
The grapes were meticulously harvested and gently crushed in order to obtain the "free-run" juice. The solid part of the grapes was then swiftly separated from the liquid, and after that the wine must was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 10 to 15 days.
Prior to bottling, the wine Cristiari Rosat 2025 was filtered and cold-stabilized.
