A varietal Tinta de Toro wine, Dominio del Bendito El Primer Paso is produced from vines 15 to 45 years of age, grown in sandy soils near the village of Toro, Zamora, DO Toro.
Picked by hand and selected on site, this organic wine from bodega Dominio del Bendito, the personal project of Frenchman Antony Terryn, was fermented under controlled temperature in epoxy-lined concrete diposits. Colour and tannin extraction was gentle, in order to obtain a vibrant, lively Spanish red wine.
After that, the red wine Dominio del Bendito El Primer Paso 2022 was aged for 6-8 months in French and American oak barrels.
Decant this organic red wine from Toro 30 minutes before drinking.

Still fruity but...
Sorry, but I have changed my mind. The power of this wine makes up for the fruitiness, so I started drinking it again. It is also very good value for money. Cheers!

Fruity
This is a quality wine, but for me it's too fruity and sweetish tasting. If you like that, go for it, but I'll pass the next time.
