The Don Julio Blanco tequila is produced by the prestigious Don Julio distillery, which pioneered the production of premium tequila in México some decades ago.

A pure and transparent silver tequila, it is made from the very best blue agave plants grown in the Jalisco highlands.

After cooking the agave piñas in brick ovens and fermenting the juice obtained after crushing the piñas, this unaged tequila from México was slowly fermented in copper stills to obtain a pure, impeccably transparent product.

Silver-coloured with some steely reflections, the nose of the Don Julio Blanco tequila is expressive and fresh, with aromas of lemon, orange and mandarine peel, a dash of white pepper and hints of Eastern spices. This tequila from Jalisco has a gently sweet, fresh and velvety palate, with amazingly pure remembrances of ripe agave and a long, refined finish.
