The vermouth Dos Déus Fumat Smoked is the most original creation of the boutique distillery Priorat B&D Lab, located in Bellmunt del Priorat, a village in the famed Priorat wine region of southern Catalonia.

Inspired by American Bourbon and Islay Whisky, this Spanish red vermouth is produced from Priorat wine and a selection of peat smoked botanical plants. To further enhance its toasted and smoky character, this red vermouth from Priorat was subsequently matured in new 200-litre high toast American oak barrels.

Medium purple, the vermouth Dos Déu Fumat Smoked has a characteristic nose of caramel, sweet spices, peat and iodine. The palate is complex and intense, with hints of charred wood, bitter herbs, red berries and spices, ending with a note of liquorice, black truffles and candied orchard fruit.
