A varietal Tempranillo wine, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature and macerated for 10 days..
Then the red wine Edulis Crianza 2022 was aged for 12 months in new and semi-new French oak barrels. Then this red wine from La Rioja was aged for a couple of months in 22 hl French oak vats.
Finally, this vegan red wine spent a further 12 months in the bottle prior to its commercial release.
