The flagship Spanish sparkling wine of bodega AT Roca, Finca Els Gorgs Brut Nature Gran Reserva is sourced from a single parcel, Finca Els Gorchs, planted with over 60-year-old Macabeo and Xarel·lo vines, grown in soils composed of limestone and lutites.
This premium Clàssic Penedès organic sparkling wine was vinified with the utmost care.
The grapes were hand-picked and selected, and then each variety was separately fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, this Brut Nature sparkling wine was first aged for 8 months in barrels.
The the sparkling wine Finca Els Gorgs Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2014 completed secondary fermentation in the bottle and was and aged for 100 months before the disgorgement.
