Created in 2016, the Alegre Wines & Spirits winery crafts Fot-Li following a traditional formula from Reus, Catalonia's vermouth capital.

Made from a base of White Grenache wines, this Spanish vermouth was macerated with 19 selected botanicals for about 3 weeks. After that, the vermouth Fot-Li Rojo was aged in oak barrels.

Brown-coloured with amber reflections, this red vermouth is delicately spicy, with aromas of red fruit and a tinge of bitter herbs. The palate is lively and fresh, with the typically bittersweet character of Catalan vermouths. The vermouth Fot-Li Rojo has a long finish with remembrances of thyme, dry fruit and vanilla.

We suggest drinking Fot-Li Rojo the Catalan way - with ice, a twist of orange peel and a green olive.
