Like the rest of Alfredo Arribas' product range, the wine Gotes del Montsant is crafted following a methodology of minimal intervention, both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
Made from an equal blend of Carignan and Grenache, the most interesting feature of this Spanish red wine from Montsant is that the 40-year-old vineyards are planted in limestone soils located at an altitude of 700 metres above sea level, a fact which brings a remarkable freshness.
The grapes were partially destemmed. This Crianza red wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts.
Finally, the wine Gotes del Montsant 2022 was aged in French oak barrels and oak vats for 9 months.
This blended red wine from Montsant is nuanced and supple.

| Nose | A wine that acknowledges aeration, this blend of Grenache and Carignan begins with a note of blackberries, slowly evolving into ripe plums, raspeberries and some flowery remembrances, seguing into hints of cocoa, vanilla and remembrances of balsam and white fruit. |
| Palate | This wine from Alfredo Arribas is youthful and intense, with earthy notes and very pure wild berries. Tannins are lively and acidity is tense. Medium-long finish with remembrances of dry earth, flowers and black fruit. |
