Guitian Godello 2025
A well-known Spanish white wine from the DO Valdeorras, the wine Guitian Godello is produced from vineyards over 30 years of age.
After a meticulous harvest, once in the facilites of Bodegas La Tapada the perfectly ripen Godello grapes were cooled with carbonic snow, macerated for a brief period and fermented.
The whole vinification process of this white wine from Valdeorras was carried out in stainless steel tanks, inside which the wine was left to rest on its lees for several weeks. Finally, the wine Guitian Godello 2025 was aged for some months in the bottle prior to its commercial release.
Pair this young white wine with shrimp, rice dishes or baked fish.

| Nose | Prominent notes of yellow fruit and bone fruit, nuanced by some remembrances of menthol, herbs and mineral undertones. The Godello variety has a particular elegance which clearly shows here. |
| Palate | Characterful and very expressive, this white wine of Bodega A Tapada carries some notes of ripe apricots and peaches, a dash of ripe melon and a touch of green apples. Some remembrances of freshly-cut grass, excellent acidity and a yummy ending, though not vey long, with pleasant fruity remembrances. |
