A young Spanish red wine made by Bodegas Habla, the wine Habla del Silencio is a blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo.
The grapes come from vines planted in 2000 in Cáceres, located in the southern Spanish province of Extremadura.
The vineyards are located at an altitude of 350 metres above sea level and are organically farmed. The soils are mainly composed of decomposed slate and have very low levels of organic matter. Climate is mediterranean with a continental influence.
After a meticulous harvest, the wine was carefully vinified in stainless steel tanks. Then the wine Habla del Silencio 2023 was aged for a period of 8 months in French oak barrels.
The result is a pleasant and highly drinkable vegan wine.

| Nose | Loads of ripe black fruit, a dash of nutmeg, some mineral and vegetal notions and hints of dry earth. This blend of Syrah, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon from Extremadura is nice and well-rounded. |
| Palate | Meaty and yummy, this young red wine from Bodegas Habla has a well-defined structure and a fat-free corpulence that coats the palate with notes of liquor-infused fruit, balsam and some mineral undertones. Ripe, round tannins and long, persistent finish. |
| Our personal opinion | An unlikely choice, the wine Habla del Silencio 2023 is nevertheless an excellent one. |
