L'Interrogant 2024
The wine L'Interrogant is made by the the Clos 93 winery from Priorat.
A blend of Grenache, Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon, this Spanish red wine is sourced from vineyards 25 to 45 years old, planted near the village of El Lloar, in red clay and slate soils.
Harvested by hand, once in the premises the grapes were destemmed before fermenting and macerating in stainless steel tanks for 25-30 days.
After that, this red wine from Priorat was aged for 9 months in 2nd and 3rd year 300-litre French oak barrels.
Once the process was completed, the red wine L'Interrogant 2024 was bottled and aged for some months before hitting the market.
Decant this Crianza red wine at least half an hour before drinking.
