Produced by L’Olivera Cooperativa, L'Olivera Reserva, also known as L’Olivera Brut Nature, comes from DO Costers del Segre.
A blend of Macabeo and Parellada, the grapes were sourced from organically certified vineyards with clay-limestone soils situated in the subzone of Valls del Riu Corb.
Hand-picked and selected, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, this sparkling wine from Costers del Segre completed secondary fermentation in the bottle and was aged for 15 months.
The disgorgement of this reserva sparkling wine is made by hand and on demand, in small batches.
No sugar or shipping liquor were added to this brut nature sparkling wine after the disgorgement.
