Product Description
Details

Produced by bodega Sant Josep Vins, Llàgrimes de Tardor Blanc is a varietal White Grenache from DO Terra Alta.

This Spanish white wine is sourced from vineyards with clayey soils planted with vines 30 years old on average. They are located near the village of Bot, Tarragona.

Hand-harvested in late August, the grapes were first cold-macerated with the skins. Then this vegan white wine started fermentation in stainless steel tanks and halfway throug they were transferred into new 225 and 300-litre French oak barrels. After completing the process, the white wine Llàgrimes de Tardor Blanc 2022 was aged for 7 months in the barrels. It was bottled in June 2023.

Finally, this white wine from Terra Alta was bottled and aged for a further months before hitting the market.

Pair this nicely priced Crianza white wine with white meat and oily fish recipes.

21,300 bottles produced.

Good garnacha blanca
Value
Hard-to-beat value. A tad creamy, with scrubland, white fruit and some textural richness.
