This Spanish white wine is sourced from vineyards with clayey soils planted with vines 30 years old on average. They are located near the village of Bot, Tarragona.
Hand-harvested in late August, the grapes were first cold-macerated with the skins. Then this vegan white wine started fermentation in stainless steel tanks and halfway throug they were transferred into new 225, 300 and 500-litre French oak barrels.
After completing the process, the white wine Llàgrimes de Tardor Blanc 2025 was aged for 7 months in the barrels.
Finally, this white wine from Terra Alta was bottled and cellared for some months before hitting the market.
