A varietal Albariño, this Spanish white wine is made from vines located slightly above sea level, and planted in shallow, sandy soils.
After a meticulous harvest, the grapes were destemmed, gently crushed and cold-soaked. Then, Mar de Envero Albariño 2022 was fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on their lees for a period of 9 months.
