Made following the guidelines of organic and biodynamic agriculture, the white wine Més Que Paraules Blanc is marketed under the DO Catalunya label.
Produced by Finca Jaumandreu, the 2024 vintage of this Spanish white wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, the local white variety Picapoll and Mandó, an indigenous red variety here vinified in white.
Each variety was cold-macerated and gently pressed. Then it was separately vinified and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the wine Més Que Paraules Blanc 2024 was aged on its lees for 3 months.
Finally, this organic white wine was bottled and rested for a short time in the cellar before its release.
