Made by Oriol Rossell, the Cava Rossell Mític 1908 Gran Reserva Brut Nature is a blend of two traditional DO Cava varieties grown in Penedès: Xarel·lo, sourced from 50-year-old vines, and Macabeo, coming from a parcel planted in 1959, both cultivated with organic farming techniques.
The grapes were hand-harvested and selected on site and upon arriving at the cellar. This Spanish sparkling wine was produced only from the free-run juice, which was fermented in stainless steel tanks and kept for 4 months in the tanks before being blended and bottled.
After that, the Cava Oriol Rossell Mític 1908 Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2021 was aged for a minimum of 36 months in the bottle. The disgorging date of this organic Cava is printed on the back label.
