This Spanish red vermouth born in Sherry country is made from a base wine blend of dry and sweet wines, subsequently infused with a selection of spices, aromatic herbs and orchard fruit.
Mahoganny-coloured with some reddish reflections, this vermouth from Cádiz carries aromas of aromatic herbs, vanilla, caramel and candied citrus peel. On the palate, the vermouth Primitivo Collantes 11 Mil 130 balances the sweet and bitter notes, with a fresh mid palate and a telltale saline and sea-breezy note.
