Gin Quevall CDQ

The Quevall Distillery presents the GIN CDQ, inspired by the beautiful landscape and magical atmosphere of Cadaquès, a village in northern Catalonia immortalized in the paintings of the incomparable Salvador Dalí.

Made with the traditional London Dry Gin method, this original Spanish Gin was macerated with a carefully curated selection of local botanicals, including cadac (the local strain of juniper, which grows abundantly on the rugged area around Cadaqués) and everlasting flower (the favourite plant of Gala, Dalí’s muse and life companion). This Empordà Gin was distilled in a traditional 100-litre copper still.

The gin Quevall CDQ is expressive and aromatic, carrying lively aromas of juniper, underpinned by a salty notes and hints of flowers and ripe orchard fruit. The palate is clean and very pure, with a dry and stylish ending.

This Catalan Gin is great for a Mediterranean style Gin and Tonic.
