Quevall Cap de Creus Dry Gin
Produced by the Quevall Licors Artesans distillery in Llançà, near the Catalan-French border, Quevall Cap de Creus Dry Gin is crafted following the traditional London Dry Gin method.
First, the juniper -coming from the Catalan region of Pallars Jussà- was macerated with lemon verbena, coriander and other herbs grown in the Quevall distillery's own garden. After a short maceration in the copper stills, the base spirit went through a slow distillation with the botanicals for 14 hours to extract plenty of aromatic compounds.
When the process was finished, Quevall Cap de Creus Dry Gin had a 87% alcoholic volume. After the addition of water, final content is 40% alcohol.
Drink this London Dry Gin from northern Catalonia on the rocks or use as a cocktail ingredient.
